What you or your associate needs to do is to file a request of Visa on Arrival on your behalf. He/she needs to send an email to Immigration’s Comptroller General NIS HQ, Abuja, voa@nigeriaimmigration.gov.ng

  • Applicant’s name and Nationality
  • Applicant’s passport Number
  • Purpose of Applicant’s visit
  • Date of Visit proposed
  • Port of Entry proposed
  • Flight Itinerary details
  • Hotel Reservation in Nigeria

The below documents should also be attached to the email:

  • Copy of Applicant’s Passport BioData Page
  • Copy of flight Return ticket reservation

Your application will be processed and you will receive a copy of the approval letter inbox your email, copies will also be sent to the Immigration office at the port of entry and the Airline where you booked your flight return reservation.

Apply for Visa on Arrival in Nigeria through your representative

Another way to apply for Visa on arrival in Nigeria is to contact a representative to put up an application on your behalf.

  1. Contact the Rep. It may be a company ambassador, liaison officer, business partner or friend in Nigeria.
