Festus Egwarewa Adeniyi Keyamo
Festus Keyamo is also an accomplished lawyer and also a senior advocate of Nigeria. Festus Keyamo was born on 21 January 1970 in Ugheli Delta State. He attended the Ambrose Alli University where he studied Law, he passed well and proceeded to law school where he passed with distinction and was called to the bar.
He his presently a member of cabinet in this present government, he is serving as a minister and happens to the minister of the state of labor and employment.
Olisa Agbakoba is a human right activist and also a one time president of the Nigeria bar association. Olisa Agbakoba was born on 29th may, 1953 to chief justice Godfrey Agbakoba and mrs Phina Agbakoba in Jos.
He attended the university of Nigeria Nsukka where he studied law. He founded the human rights law service an NGO that specializes in advocacy and law, he uses his NGO to defend the rights of the people who have been cheated.
Bisi Fayemi is a well known figure, she is the wife of the present governor of Ekiti state Kayode Fayemi. Bisi Fayemi was born on 11 june, 1963 in Liverpool, England. She was educated at the prestigious Obafemi Awolowo University, Ife.
She is a female human rights activist, writer, and advocate, she co-founded the African Women’s Development Fund that helps women set up an empowerment scheme for the woman. She is also on a committee that helps female gender in fighting for women domestic violence.
Segun Awosanya is a Nigerian realtor and human rights lawyer. He was born on 11 February 1976 in Lagos State. He gained admission into the University of Lagos where he studied Estate Management.
He is so popular and he is the convener of the campaign against police brutality on the youths, he is also the convener of the end SARS in Nigeria through several campaigns on social media and the campaign yielded results by the reforming of the police department.
He has helped a lot of youths who have had cases with the law enforcement agencies in regaining their freedom.
Omoyele “Yele” Sowore
Omoyele Sowore was born on the 16 February 1971, he is a Nigerian human rights activist, pro-democracy campaigner, he is a former presidential candidate and founder of the popular online news agency called Sahara Reporters.
Omoyele Sowore was educated at University of Lagos and Columbus University. He began his activity as a student where he led over 5000 students to protest against the federal government of Nigeria.
Priscilla Mbarumun Achapka
Priscilla Achapka is a Nigerian environmental activist, she is also the founder of WEP Global president of the woman environmental programme, they help women provide solutions to everyday problems. As an activist she has helped a lot of women fight for their rights through her NGO WEP Global.
Abiola Afolabi was born in kwara state and grew up in Osogbo the osun state capitals, she studied law at the Obafemi Awolowo University. She was a member of the student union government that’s where she started her activism as a female public relation officer of the university student government.
She is civil rights activist that help advocates for women in the area of research and documentation, she also as an NGO that created and funded Nigerian women’s trust fund that helps women in empowerment.
Bamidele Aturu is a Nigerian lawyer and human rights activist, he was born on October 16, 1964. He studied law at the Obafemi Awolowo university ile ife. Has a human rights lawyer he was committed to helping the oppressed individual in the society.
Chidi Anselm Odinkalu
Chidi Odinkalu is a lawyer and human rights lawyer, he was born on June 12, 1968. He studied at the Imo state university where he studied Law. He was the former chairman of the National human rights commission, where the rights of people his being protected and they help in rendering free legal counsel for people who could not afford to get lawyers to defend them.
